I started blogging a little over two years ago. I <B>think</B> I first heard about it from Cindy Rushton. Then, when I checked out her blog and others' blogs, I was "hooked!" Now, I blog to keep up with on-line friends I've made; to find other homeschoolers who homeschool like me (because there don't seem to be many near where I live); to jot down some of my thoughts; to keep up with at least a <B>few</B> computer skills; to perhaps one day find a "long-lost" friend (I'm an Army brat and think it would be so COOL to find friends I went to school with in Germany or Indiana or Colorado or...); and... <BR/><BR/>Thanks for hosting this contest! I started my first blog at Xanga so I could view a friends blog and I needed to be a subscriber. I then decided to start a blog at homeschool blogger because of all the great info that ladies had there, I enjoyed blogging so much I then went to homesteadblogger (which is where I saw you begging for contestants. :) ) Made lots of friends there and by this time I was hooked. I wanted to post something online for our family and friends to read. They can get to know what's going on with us. Now that we moved back to Texas sooner than we thought, I will continue to post on my blog online for other long distance family and friends that are not in Texas.<BR/><BR/>I wrote many secret stuff in my diary when I was little. Now that I am older, I do not have much time to keep up with my diary and am not interested in it anymore.
